The third edition of the specific requirements of the consumer of the Renault Group is published. These specific requirements complement the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard and should be used by the group’s suppliers together with the requirements of the standard.

In response to questions from recognized IATF certification bodies and stakeholders, several questions and answers were reviewed and approved by the IATF. These FAQs explain an existing requirement within IATF 16949:2016, and unless otherwise indicated, they are applicable upon publication.

This tool replaces the previous Excel systems and can be used either on-line or off-line (after downloading the software).

The IFS International Technical Committee decided to publish a modified version of IFS Food 6 in November 2017 which will include some additional requirements. This version will mainly include the current IFS Food Version April 2014, references to the current IFS Food Doctrine and in addition a new chapter 4.21 “Food Fraud”. This modified version will come into force starting from 1st June 2018.

VW CSR’s in addition to the requirements of IATF 16949 was published recently.

The new version GM CSR was published on the 6th of September 2017. The certification scope must include both IATF 16949 and the accompanying IATF 16949 GM Customer Specific Requirements.
